Got A Driving Test Score Of 18 Minors, 2 Serious Faults, And 2 Dangerous Faults? What Do I Do Next?
What do i do next? How do I improve?
Failed My Driving Test?
Took my driving test for the first time today and out of all the dangerous things people do on the road, I failed because I went too far out when doing reverse round a corner. Ive never been able to do a reverse round a corner and knew i was going to fail as soon as they said it. I feel like giving up, I really dont want to spend anymore money or time on something which to me seems so unfair. I had a near perfect drive otherwise with only a couple of minors

My friend got in a car accident 6 weeks ago and he was determined at fault for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. At the time of the accident he was not impaired and an officer at the scene gave him a sobriety test and determined him sober, the police report included that the driver was determined unimpaired. It was a serious accident though resulting in both cars being totaled, ambulance and hospital visits for both drivers and a passenger in the victim’s vehicle, and the other people needing MRI’s etc. There ended up being no broken bones or serious injuries but the one passenger did need a small partial amputation of the ear. I believe that my friend may have ingested some THC last week though. If the police report has been released, my friend was determined sober by the police 6 weeks ago, and the accident was 6 weeks ago, is there any way that because of the severity of the accident the police could come to him now, 6 weeks post accident, administer a blood or urine drug test, see the THC in his system, and change the verdict charging him with a DUI?? He’s only 17 and not employed so there wouldn’t be or haven’t been employer drug tests. Also, they are currently working out claims with the insurance agency, could the insurance agency come and take a drug test and get him into trouble for that? I feel as if he was determined sober at the accident and that was put in the police report then anything found in his body right now could not be linked to or affect the accident at all, is this the case?
Thanks in advance!
Like if you ask for an attorney and then they charge you for not taking it. I am in Washington state and I’m watching a cops show and just curious?

Hey guys!
Just got back from the driving test that as you can obviously see I have failed. I had 12 minor faults and 1 serious.
The serious fault i got in the section 17 Response to signs under section Traffic lights.
You guys are probably thinking that I went through the red light or something silly happened like that, but here is the case….
The examiner told me about 10 mins before the test ended to turn the heating on, because the windows were getting foggy. (With those ‘foggy’ windows and windshield, i did about 35 mins of driving)
I asked the examiner if its alright to pull over at the safe and convenient place to do so, but he immediately answered me no. I still managed to turn the heating on while driving just before we reached A10 i think. I was driving on the A10 for about 1-2 mins when the examiner told me ‘You should reduce the heating’ . Since we were approaching the red light, i decided to use the chance to do so when we stop. Once i stopped, i reduced the heat from max to about 24C (or whatever who cares) but meanwhile the green light has turned on. It took me about 4-7 sec to get going, there was the car behind me who did not horn or give any signal that he was actually waiting for me too long. However, at the end of the day this got me a serious fault an caused me 101 problem now for in my opinion silly reason. I do not understand how this was a serious/dangerous fault, because I dont see any danger in being late to move off, especially in this situation where I am trying to make examiner feel comfortable in my car by adjusting the heat level for him, not for me, not for the car or the safety of the traffic. Anyone has a suggestion of what to do in terms of appealing?
