I hope somebody out there can offer a good opinion on what kind of speaker cabinets I should use for my vintage speakers. What I have here are some Altec Lansing 416 16 ohm LF’s, 511B Horns with 806A 16 ohm drivers and I believe N500 crossovers. I’ll be using them in a 40X80 ft shop at approximately 20 to 25 ft apart. I plan to drive them with a HH Scott 222C Amp (I have a Marantz 2535 but it might be a bit much?). As you well know these components came out of some A7 cabinets originally, water damage got to them and they were too far gone, however everything else is in pristine condition and ohm out correct. My woodworking skills are fairly good and I was wondering what kind of cabinet would be a good choice, that being said I would like to do something kind of original, should I go back to the A7 style? Maybe A5 style? What about the 816’s, this box is a good size for me. Possible something else much better? As I said before these are going in a shop (man cave situation) and will probably be painted, thinking machine gray here, no need to varnish. The weight is not an issue so material used can be whatever, would like the horns kept external for bragging rights. Just to let everyone know here I know just enough about this stuff to be dangerous….

Last saturday afternoon, I accidentally hit another car from behind. I was stopped at a small intersection, and when the light turned green, I thought the other car was inching forward. So I let my foot off the brake. Unfortunately, I turned away for a second, and the car in front of me had stopped so I hit it. I acknowledge that the accident was my fault. However, the other party is now filing a bodily injury claim against me. I was driving less than 5 miles an hour; i just let my foot off the brake and I was not even pushing on the gas. The paint on my car came off a great deal because it is a cheap car, and the other car had a few scratches along with the paint of my car on the rear bumper. The lady in the other car had two children in the car with her, unfortunately. She didn’t speak with me about her condition, which is to my disadvantage, because she knew little english, she kept telling me to wait for her husband. And when he did come, they refused to talk about anything and was only willing to exchange information. I do believe that they are exaggerating their injuries because the people involved seem perfectly fine, but even if the claim does not go my way, how much will this adversely affect me?
I’m spending $8000 dollars on a lawyer for a first offense DUI charge. I have a squeaky clean record and made a mistake… Anyone know the ins and outs of a DUI charge??

The aforementioned accoutrements once used normally by the WWE are relative to the type of match we “marks” like to call hardcore matches. This is when red is a more natural color than white and often times men are putting their lives at risk.
It dates back earlier than Extreme Championship Wrestling—Funk and Foley were a part of “I Quit” matches in the late 1980s with the WWF and NWA. Through the next 12-15 years, the fans have grown a strong connection with the hardcore style of wrestling. What the fans didn’t know however, is how dangerous and barbaric it was.
Vince McMahon sided with the hardcore style just about six to seven years ago for obvious reasons, yet fans claim they want more Attitude Era aspects. It is all about the Attitude Era.
The Attitude Era brought excitement and characters, but the safety for the wrestlers was not at its peak.
When safety is not a top priority, injuries and long-term complications start to arise. In the research I have compiled, it is placed in three categories: cosmetic, psychological and internal (hernia, torn ligaments, broken bones, etc.).
Cosmetic:
Razor blades, blood and all of the items used above were used to entertain the masses. The more blood, the better the action. Fans don’t realize however that with blood loss comes a lot of complications.
If too much blood is lost, according to the American College of Surgeons’ Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), it is broken down into four categories.
Class 1 Hemorrhage: Up to 15% blood volume. No actions necessary.
Class 2 Hemorrhage: Up to 15-30% blood volume. Skin may start to look pale and be cool to the touch. The patient may exhibit slight changes in behavior. A patient is often tachycardic (rapid heart beat).
Class 3 Hemorrhage: Loss of 30%-40% blood volume. Patient’s blood pressure drops, heart rate increases, mental status fluctuates and blood transfusion is necessary.
Class 4 Hemorrhage: Loss of >40% blood volume. The limit of the body’s compensation is reached and aggressive resuscitation is required to prevent death.
Fans don’t take into account the long-term problems of bleeding and cosmetic injuries. For example, the Cena/Lesnar match could have gotten out of hand. Even backstage, people were worried about the blood loss of John’s head.
Psychological
Concussions rule this portion of hardcore wrestling effects. Granted however, this injury could happen occur in any standard wrestling match. I will focus on the hitting to the head with chairs, ladders and tables.
Concussions occur when the head is violently struck with another object such as a steel chair. It is defined as a head injury with temporary loss of brain function and it can cause physiological, cognitive and emotional symptoms.
They occur in all sports, just ask Sidney Crosby and former NFL players who ended up committing suicide (Junior Seau, Dave Duerson) possibly due to the effects of Post-Concussion Syndrome.
Often worse than the actual concussion, PCS is a set of symptoms people experience days, weeks, months and even years after their initial concussion. They range from headaches, to not being able to drive and even fatality. Mick Foley tweeted a couple of weeks ago that he can’t look at his phone at a good rate any more due to his concussions.
Internal
This is the most broad and general set of injuries in professional wrestling. Broken bones, torn ligaments, sprained muscles and many more can occur in hardcore matches. Ladders, tables, steel cages and about anything can happen in a wrestling match.
Edge broke his neck in a ladder match. This injury alone eventually led to his condition that put him out of action forever. He now has cervical spinal stenosis.
According to Ryan Frye’s article on Edge’s injury, “CSS is an abnormal narrowing of the spinal canal, at the cervical level. Long-term complications can range from constant pain, tingling sensations almost daily and even paralysis. ”
“With CSS, the spinal cord is essentially being pinched by the narrowing of the openings of the vertebra in the neck. This is a very serious condition that will alter the way a person lives the rest of their life,” said Frye.
Hardcore wrestling has a laundry list of problems stemming from a fallacy of excitement. It is a harsh reality that will never be understood by some people. Danger is not fun. The hardcore title should never be brought back. Matches like Cena/Lesnar is okay very rarely. Even though it was mild, Cena lost a lot of blood.
It costs too much to ruin some human’s reality. Brutal, but true.
Car Accident Help Me Please !?
So some lady hit my car the other day. I made a police report and contacted my insurance..and hers.. what do I do now? My car is a 2000 white cavalier z24 convertible.. and the accident is completely and totally her fault. My car is missing the drivers window and the door is smashed in to the point where you can’t open it from the outside, you have to from the inside. My insurance claimed it unsafe to drive and told me i shouldn’t drive it. Someone told me that they probably will just file it as totaled and ill get the value of my car because my cars so old. The side of my car is pretty messed up. What do you think is going to end up hap ping? Is it better for me to go with my car being totaled or getting it fixed if im able to choose? My car has 171,000 miles on it. Any help would be appreciated!
With her name and phone number but no plates or driver license number, I called the police and they filled the report and gave me my copy, they called her and left her a voicemail to call them back, the police officer told me to call them the next day to check if she return the phone call. Last night she called me and apology for hitting my car and that her insurance company will take care of my care, she also said that she called the police department to give her information and we agree to talk again today. Today my insurance called me to know if im going to fix my car trough them wich I say no cause I dont want to pay the 1000 dlls deductible, they say that’s ok, that I have to have the other part filling a claim with her insurance but today I’ve been calling her and she is not answering my phone calls, I called the police department to ask them for her information (her insurance information) but they deny it to me saying that the report will be ready in 5 days, there the officer even told me that I’m harrasing her and that they wont give me her information until monday afternoon but that they do have her information but they wont give it to me until then… I don’t know if that’s right or they for some reason are trying to protect her, why she hadn’t returned my phone calls, and in the case she doesn’t summit a claim with her insurance who has the right to do it? The police will go after her for the expenses? or their only job is make a report? the only information I have is her name and cellphone, she is a 17 year old teenager girl and I know that the police department has her information. I’m blind on this, this is the first accident I’ve been involved in my life, thank you for your time.
I have a warrant in Cook County, IL. for a DUI. Missed a court date and a warrant was issued. Do I have to appear in person before the judge or can a lawyer be my represantation in court to vacate a warrant?
Open Insurance Claims (car)?
I was recently in a car accident in which I was waiting to pull out of a junction and a coach was waiting to pull into where I was. Due to the road being very small the coach had to wait (giving me right away) so as I pulled out of the junction, somebody overtook the coach on the wrong side of the road and hit me writing off my car.
Now my insurance have told me to expect a 50/50 claim due to me pulling out of a blind spot, however he has not been in contact with his insurance nor has he submitted a witness statement. Now I am stuck as I cannot declare a true policy on a new car. For example, If I declared I had X amount of no claims and not accidents in the last 5 years because nothing has been done. That can be untrue if things get sorted and our insurances decide to go 50/50, in which case I would lose my no claims and have to declare an accident.
Now somebody informed me of declaring an open claim which means with my insurers I keep them in the loop and let them know how things go. I was just wondering does anybody have any experience with these “open claims” and which companies will actually do them.

Is Judgement Day Approaching?
Hi, I’m 17-years-old (turned 17 on May 14th 
)… lately I have been getting a lot of signs of judgement day, and the “end of the world” signs…
I am a religious Mormon, and I am vary active. First of all, lets exclude all the judgmental people about religionism for a second and focus on my issue. 
So please; no arguments of whether or not what religion is correct or incorrect or if you’re atheist or you’re against Mormons.
Couple of years ago I joined my church, and they are linked towards the second coming of Christ. I have been always interested in that topic. I went out and bought a few books called, “65 signs of the times leading up to the second coming” and stuff like that. I read some of the bible, and the book of mormon and saw lots of clues of the second coming; about how the earth will fall apart and etc. The book that I bought showed all the steps of what has happened, what is happening, and what will happen to fulfill the second coming of Christ and the end of the world…
Some chapters of the book that include towards the 65 are: (Note: not all are listed, they are randomly picked by me from the book)
1. Discovery of America and the Establishment of the United States of America (fulfilled),
25. Danger Upon the Waters… (being fulfilled) [just like the tsunami in Japan, and Noah's are scenario]
29. Knowledge, Science, and Technology Will Increase Dramatically… (being fulfilled) [Scientists now in days are getting more technology and they can almost measure the universe's size and shape and etc.]
33. Sexual Immorality, Homosexuality, Lesbianism, and Pornography Will Abound… (being fulfilled) [I find this most important because lately all the media news about Obama accepting gay marriage targets this topic]
50. The Constitution Will Hang by a Thread…. (being fulfilled) [This is true because many people are changing laws and rules now in days too]

Those were some random one’s I chose from the book that I found most interesting, some others talk about the sun becoming darkened and dangerous, just like the major sunspot’s we’ve been having lately. The brakets I used were my own opinions of the certain topics I chose.
Today before I went to bed, I looked in the mirror while I was brushing my teeth and my shirt said, “FOLLOW THE LEADER” with a bunch of people drawn on it with their eyes covered with a black bar. The logo is ZooYork. Oddly, this related to my suspicions and I thought this would be a sign.
Also, these past few days I’ve been seeing lots of lights flicker off, and some flicker off and on. I was driving from the gym and saw lots of street lights start to turn off, when I was at school some of the classroom lights burned out… Is that a sign? I’ve been noticing it a lot.
And lately, no offense, but I have noticed a lot of people are becoming atheist and they are starting to pick a lot of religion and say negative stuff. (I’m sure there will be a lot of those people for this topic)
So can anyone help me out with this? Am I starting to notice these sudden changes that relate to the bible and the second coming? I feel like everyone is blinded by the media, fashion and materialism that they are all brain washed from ignoring the truth.
